Our aim is to enable people to live their own lives in their own homes, be part of their local communities & develop as individuals and work to achieve their aspirations. We believe the right to individual quality support should not be compromised by payment models or the needs of the provider, but solely determined by the needs of the individual as identified by them and those closest to them.
We want the people we support to be as independent as possible, and we work with them to develop their skills and confidence both in their home and community. Access for Living support people to access the same meaningful opportunities in their life as those we all aspire to.
Are you looking to develop a meaningful and rewarding career in social care? Do you think you have the values and commitment to Support people with a learning disability?
